Live animals are susceptible to many external factors. Therefore, a limited warranty is provided which starts from the moment of delivery to the store. The warranty period is 5 days after delivery for all animals. Based on the moment at which a problem is reported, it is determined whether it still falls within the warranty period.
If any problems still arise after the warranty period, please keep us informed. We examine every complaint/report and by reporting the problems that have arisen, we can work together to maintain a high quality.
